The market value of the New Webcentral Shares for the purposes of determining the capital proceeds for the disposal of the 5GN Shares of a 5GN Shareholder (the ‘Scheme Consideration’) as per section 11.2.2.2 of the Scheme Booklet is $0.50 per New Webcentral Share.
